This Refund Policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, and account management for the Screlocity platform.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle
- No further charges will be applied for subsequent billing periods
- Your account will revert to Free tier status
- Previously processed resumes and analysis results will remain accessible
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- You have consumed less than 50% of your monthly processing quota
- Your account has not been terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Subscriptions beyond the 7-day refund window
- Accounts where more than 50% of the monthly processing quota has been used
- Free tier accounts
- Duplicate refund requests for the same billing period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Requests made more than 60 days after the purchase date
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@screlocity.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
5. Processing Timeline
- Refund decisions will be communicated within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days
6. Technical Issues & Billing Errors
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service:
- Contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly
- If the issue remains unresolved after 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund
If you are charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
7. Account Deletion
If you request account deletion:
- All personal data will be removed within 30 days
- Your subscription will be permanently cancelled
- No refund will be issued for any remaining balance on your current billing period
